Great question, Laina.
Not all entrepreneurs really take a look at their goals for the new year. You can tell you have given your goals some thought.
One goal for my business is... scheduling the time to work on my business & not to continue adding it to the bottom of my client to do list.

Cindy that is so important. I once had a business coach who forced me to focus on the "working on" instead of "working in". Taking that step back and looking at whats working and whats not makes a world of difference.

My ultimate goal would be creating a positive learning environment where safety, academics and extracurricular activities will be at the forefront. Think back to the previous year and will recall what strategy works and what did not work. Will also try to improve curriculum, give a professional touch to the program being carried out and will motivate teacher and student relation.
