I have met Lisa Elia and she's outstanding! this is definitely a post worth reading and implementing. It's one thing to share some tips and troubleshoot with others who are likeminded (I do it with Tammy Jones all the time).. but I get back what I give .. but it's others- particularly those who are potential clients who we need to be able to deftly handle how to get them to realize our information/knowledge and ideas are not free
