Hi Mama's!  I need input from parents & I have created a survey .  Need feedback on what parents are looking for at a Family Event.  Only 10 questions.  Please take it you have a moment--your input really does matter!  If you could spread the word to other parents as well, I would REALLY appreciate it!  I love to return favors, so please don't be afraid to ask!  Thanks so much!

for any moms interested in fast, easy ways of eating healthier, getting fitter, and  easy ways of incorporating fitness into your life -- a la the European way. I have had  a chance to interview Valerie Orsoni about this book (she's the author, and founder of lebootcamp.com)  and she's full of great information.. the book is fun and easy to read. I covered more than 5 pages in 15 minutes PLUS was able to do one of the toning exercises in less than 5 minutes. Sweaty it's not, smart it is.

I am about to run my post on this book but if you are looking for something to review like this, I can get you copies of the book (they sent me a gazillion copies for friends of mine who are bloggers) and if you want to interview Valerie.. lmk.. I can connect you to her pr.

it's the easiest fitness book I have EVER read..

Everyone is interested in doing what we can to “go green” these days. No matter how power is generated, it will help everyone to use less than we are now using, reducing our costs. Reducing your energy bill is one of the most effective cost controls at your disposal. Our L.E.D. lighting systems are designed to use less energy than any other lighting available.

IMPROVED SAFETY & SECURITY The low heat and low voltages associated with L.E.D.’s make them a far safer source of light. No glass to break, no white-hot filament, no flames and no poisonous fumes.
