The biggest decision that had the biggest impact on my life was to quit my corporate day job back in 1995 to become an entrepreneur and work on my own.

It is amazing that I've been able to be on my own that whole time. But on the flip side, it has taken a lot of work and persistance on my part. It honestly does have to do with setting your mind on something and doing what it takes to get there. I know that is what everyone says, but it's true.
