Great info! :-)

I'm a mom as well and it is hard to have a balance. One thing I'll add is that if you are married, or have a significant other, get them involved in the business as well. It's so important to have that type of support.

Hey moms.

I have been working from home for about 5 years. I have been a mom for about 3 months. I can not explain the challenges that I faced when I brought my son home and I had emails piled up, business bills due, family bills due, and 12 different businesses to run. Yes, I have about 60 employees...however, I am still the boss. At one point I almost shut down. I was trying to fix bottles, invoices, write payroll checks, cook dinner, network, and boy did I get tired.

However, somehow I overcame it and I am now working on my 13th business which will employee 20 more people.

Because, I experienced these challenges I wanted to help other moms not go through this. This is why I wrote The Balancing Act: A Work From Home Guide for Moms. This book helps mom learn how to balance it all without going crazy.
