Yesterday I wrote about my identity crisis and in the "me" time I said I was going to take I tried to start at the beginning by looking at my different business verticals, my "personalities" if you will. While I love Christmas I also love New Years and all that comes with it. A fresh start, putting a new plan in place, a new Franklin Covey planner (I am tech savvy but I love my paper planner). This week I will be honing my 2013 plan and putting those actions in place to get me there and I'm excited. However, celebration also needs to happen for those successes in 2012. I think many people don't spend enough time to celebrate the wins because of all the things we feel we could have done…
